What we collect

When you enquire or book lessons, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number and suburb or address, your child's first name and year level, and information about their learning that helps us plan lessons. When you use our family or tutor portal, we keep records of lessons, lesson summaries, invoices and payments.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver lessons, send summaries and invoices, and run our business. Your child's tutor sees only what they need for lessons, such as your child's first name, year level, learning notes and the address for home visits. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored securely with access limited to the people who need it. Families can see only their own records, and tutors only the students they teach. Our systems are hosted with reputable providers, some of which may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll keep some records, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires.
